Intermediate Post-Conviction Relief

Learn how to draft the most persuasive post-conviction motion, with all the required supporting documentation.

Program Description:

Our panelists will walk you through the compilation of a successful 1473.7 and 1016.5 motion through a hypothetical fact pattern.  This is a great CLE for immigration practitioners who want to learn to screen for PCR possibilities, and criminal practitioners who want to represent clients in these motions!
