Program Description:

Please join this group of distinguished Superior Court Judges from the Van Nuys Courthouse West for an informal session in which they will discuss various aspects of practice and procedure in the Criminal Division.  Topics will include felonies, misdemeanors, preliminary hearings, diversion programs, jury selection, trial, and significant differences between civil and criminal practice and procedure.  This program is suitable for all levels of experience, from junior lawyers to seasoned practitioners who typically litigate civil cases.
