Program Description:
Practical anti-bribery/anti-corruption guidance for entertainment and media companies seeking to navigate complex and often murky international markets from King & Spalding Partner Brian Michael, a former federal prosecutor and former Deputy General Counsel and Group Chief Compliance Officer at 21st Century Fox. Brian will address key aspects of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other relevant anti-bribery/anti-corruption considerations applicable to U.S. businesses operating abroad and will discuss examples in the entertainment space and give attendees practical guidance on counseling their clients on these issues.

Advance registration (both online and via phone) closes for most programs approximately 12-24 hours before event time (in order to allow for operational considerations), we would still like to have you join us, and you are more than welcome to register on-site and attend, unless the program is specifically noted as SOLD OUT. Full refunds issued only for registrations which are cancelled 48 hours in advance.
