Video games are the newest challenging frontier in Intellectual Property law.  Traditional patent, trademark, and copyright rules are bending but not breaking to promote creativity, competition, and the fun of gaming.  Some of the country’s leading video game lawyers and an engineering professor who revolutionized the field explore cutting-edge legal and technical issues in this first-of-its-type program.  And as added plus, participants will get to visit the USC GamePipe Laboratory, where today’s top video games were developed and the superstar developers of the future are learning their craft.
