“Me Too” Evidence and the #metoo Movement: How Sexual Harassment Cases Are Being Litigated Today

Program Description:

This program is divided into two parts.  The first panel will examine the issue of “Me Too” evidence and how it can be used or resisted during discovery and trial.  The second panel will explore how the #metoo movement has affected corporate culture, from training to investigations to public relations, and how these cases are being litigated.
