POSTPONED: Evidence Seminar

This course teaches an innovative and practical seven-step method for analyzing the admissibility of potential evidence.

Participants receive a written summary of key rules of evidence, including key definitions and evidentiary presumptions, and a user-friendly outline for raising and responding to hearsay objections.

This seminar is a perfect compliment to the Evidence Skills Workshop.  In the Seminar, we discuss the rules of evidence.  In the Workshop, participants argue them in a mock hearing.

Written course materials will be distributed via e-mail prior to the first class. Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address at the time of registration.
