Gender Discrimination and Sexual Harassment in the #MeToo Era: Fair Pay Issues and New Strategies for Prosecuting and Responding to Sexual Harassment Claims. This is a two-part program regarding gender discrimination and harassment in the workplace.


Program description:

This is a two-part program regarding gender discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

The first panel will address litigating pay inequality claims under California’s Fair Pay Act.

The second panel will address new strategies for litigating sexual harassment claims in today’s changing landscape, including the use of press releases and social media, and defendants’ responses to such claims, as well as new developments in or responses to workplace investigations.
