The event will feature a cocktail reception (with hosted bar and passed appetizers) at the firm’s Century City office, followed by a one-hour MCLE panel on the May issue feature titled "Quote No More" which explores the implications of new Labor Code §432.3 on the entertainment industry’s long-standing practice of soliciting artist “quotes” in transactions. 

Event panelists include the authors of the featured article as well as prominent attorneys on navigating the effects of the new law.
