Full Title: City of Chicago v. Fulton: What Does Rejection Of The Majority Rule Mean For Your Practice?

On January 14, 2021, the United States Supreme Court issued one of its rare bankruptcy decisions in City of Chicago v. Fulton. Moreover, in resolving a circuit split, the Court rejected the then-majority position. This panel will help practitioners - both those representing debtors and those representing creditors -- understand what this decision means for their practice and what to expect from the future.
