An appellate justice and a senior appellate court attorney will offer judicial and staff perspectives on appellate brief writing. They will share ideas for capturing and holding the attention of the court and staff using theme, sequence, organizing principals, the record, level of detail, and selection of authorities to more effectively demonstrate the presence or absence of prejudice.
