The Clean Water Act authorizes citizens to file lawsuits to address alleged violations, including by permit holders. This expert panel will provide an inside look at the citizen suit process as it applies to stormwater permittees, from the filing of 60-day notice letters to reaching efficient settlements, while discussing the latest trends in this continuously evolving field of environmental law.
