Program Title: 2016 Fundamental/Refresher PVP Attorney Training Program

Saturday, June 18, 2016

Program Description:
This year’s program provides an overview of the role which PVP attorneys play and the duties they are expected to fulfill.  We will cover basics, such as interviews, conduct and report-writing, offering the Court’s perspective on each task.  It additionally focuses on resources available and, in some cases, crucial, to PVP attorneys and their clients.

This program helps to fulfill the continuing education requirements for PVP attorneys set forth in the LASC Local Rules and the California Rules of Court. It is also of interest to trusts and estates lawyers handling conservatorship matters.
