Program Description:
This panel will cover post-judgment strategies and remedies available to creditors when judgment debtors transfer or hide assets through dummy corporations, with family and friends, or out of state, including unwinding voidable transfers and pursuing third-parties who help the judgment debtor hide or transfer assets.  Speakers will include Ed Beyer, the CEO of TransWest Investigations, Inc., a national leader in debt recovery, hidden assets, foreign and domestic asset investigations, post-judgment assessments of debtors and their business relations, and related services.
