Come join our panel of experienced attorney workplace investigators Ann Fromholz (defense) and Curt Surls (plaintiff) to discuss best practices for conducting a workplace investigation.  The materials and discussion will provide practical pointers on a wide variety of topics including:

  • Deposing the investigator
  • Mistakes made by employers during an investigation
  • The impact of the current #MeToo climate upon investigations
