Program Description:
Our speakers will cover the basics of their respective fields and identify resources available to PVP attorneys and their clients.  The Court will provide its perspective on whether, how, and to what extent PVP attorneys should be involved with these matters.

This program helps to fulfill the continuing education requirements for PVP attorneys set forth in the LASC Local Rules and the California Rules of Court.
