Join LACBA’s Cannabis Section as we continue to Raise the Bar Higher with a one-of-a-kind event. This time, the Cannabis Section will get cooking with cannabis. Chef Mikeis a former sous chef from Thomas Keller’s French Laundry, opened the Craft restaurants in Los Angeles and Dallas for Tom Colicchio, became Corporate Chef of the Soho Houses, and now has joined Pantry. Chef Mike will demonstrate three recipes, including a vegan option and a delicious dessert.Chef Mike then will be available for a live Q&A with Paul Rosen, co-founder of Pantry Food Co., pioneer in the cannabis industry, and retired attorney.
