Restaurant Leases: Key Issues in Representing Landlord or Tenant
Wednesday, November 20, 2019
Join us for a lively, timely discussion about the concerns and requirements of landlords and tenants unique to negotiating leases for restaurant space. We will consider permitting and special governmental requirements for restaurants (and negotiation of contingencies to allow for them), use clauses and restrictions, specific issues for food preparation and alcoholic beverage service, parking issues, and the different requirements for stand-alone spaces as opposed to restaurant spaces in larger office and residential buildings. We will offer both legal and business issues through the viewpoints of our panel of attorneys and restaurant business people.
Buffet dinner and soft drinks/coffee/tea included. Cash bar is available.
