One of the main purposes of the Inn of Court movement is to promote civility.  In support of that mission, a most distinguished panel will join us for the March 1, 2017 Inn of Court meeting to discuss how to negotiate with your opponent – however difficult that may be for you.

Hon. Daniel J. Buckley, Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, is our Bench Officer of choice for this panel. Gail Title, a neutral with ADR Services, is our professional mediator. And Dr. Gitu Bhatia, a psychologist and former family law mediator for the LASC who also teaches at Pepperdine's Graduate School of Psychology, will add her expertise to the discussion. The panel will be moderated by Gail Killefer, ADR Program Director for the District Court for the Central District of California.
