2016-2017 Litigation Inn of Court November Meeting: Dealing with Attorney & Judicial Bias
Litigation Section - Inn of Court Program Series
Wednesday, November 2, 2016
Biases, small or large, are part of the human experience and show up in our legal profession in a variety of ways. Learn how to be aware of biases and ways to address them, whether as a Judicial Officer or an attorney, in the court room or at your law firm. Our panelists are highly experienced in dealing with this sensitive issue.
The LACBA Trial Practice Inn of Court meets eight times a year for cocktails, dinner and a one hour MCLE presentation. One of the great benefits of belonging to the LACBA Litigation Section and the Inn of Court is the opportunity to mingle with attorneys and state and federal court judges. For more information about the benefits of joining the Inn, please click here.
If you would like to attend as a guest, please contact the LACBA Member Services Department at (213) 896-6560 and reference program code #110216LIT to register. You may also register at the door. We would love to have you join us!
